Platen process
Pressed plate products refer to adding pre-colored and pre-shaped particles into the mold, and then hot-pressing them to produce plates with good aesthetics and mechanical properties, which are rich in color, cost-effective, and widely used. Common effects for platens include classic tortoiseshell, colorful tortoiseshell, texture, grain, geometric lines, camouflage, marbling, and more. Particles of different shapes and colors are mixed together and hot-pressed, and its irregular texture and rich color collision can express many different concepts.
